4/20/19 - Hyde Park, London, (2019)
This was my first 4/20 celebration in Hyde Park. I was buzzing. It's probably my second favorite holiday. My favorite holiday is whichever other one is happening at that moment. It's part protest, part celebration, part just normal picnic-party in the park.
I didn't go in 2020, or 2021. In 2020, which was supposed to be the epic 4/20 of my life, 4/20 the whole month, because April '20. But, Covid-19 had other ideas. Instead I photographed every single joint I smoked the entire month. That's a separate project I'm working on, forthcoming.
